How to set up, create and send a newsletter
This article will show you how to create and send newsletters.
Since this process differs depending on which version of Online Store you have, please select your version from the list below and follow the instructions provided to get started:

Start by logging in to your Online Store.
From there, click Online Store in the top-left corner and select Dashboard from the list of options.
On the next page, select Marketing in the left-hand menu and then choose Email Marketing.
You will now be taken to the Email Marketing page. Click Compose Campaign to get started.
A pop-up window will now appear, where you can choose from a selection of templates. Simply click the design you want to use.
Your template will now be loaded on a new page. By clicking on a specific section, you can customise its content and layout. To add images, drag and drop them from the right-hand menu into any of the provided spaces. Clicking the grey + icon within this menu will also allow you to upload your own images.
You can also insert a new section by selecting one from the provided options below your template. Alternatively, you can change any of your sections to a different one by clicking its title and choosing a new one from the provided list.
Be sure to give your campaign a title by changing the text within the field at the top of the page.
Once you’re happy with your template, click Continue.
On the next page, you can choose who will receive your newsletter. To send your campaign to a handful of people, simply enter their email addresses into the Send to individuals field.
To send it to a specific group of people, click Include opposite one of your lists below. Alternatively, you can send it to everyone on your mailing list by clicking Include opposite All subscribers.
Once you’ve set up your newsletter’s recipients, click Continue.
You can now create specific details for your newsletter, including the From Name, From Email Address and Subject Line.
You can also disable click or view tracking and enable social sharing by clicking the provided tickboxes below.
Once you’re happy with these details, you can either send your newsletter out straight away by clicking Send or schedule it for a later date by clicking Send later.
Clicking the latter option will allow you to set a specific day/time for your campaign to go out.
Start by logging in to your Online Shop package.
Select Ecommerce from the side Menu bar and choose Manage Store.
From the Store Management menu, select Marketing and then Newsletter.
Sign in to your existing MailChimp account, or create a new one.
