How to view and edit your customer registration details
This article applies to 123 Reg ecommerce packages.
To view and edit your customer’s details, please choose your package and then follow the steps below:
Bought before October 2015
Log into your 123 Reg Online Shop package. Then click on the Customers option from the menu bar, and select Customers from the drop down.
Click on the customer number for the customer you wish to view.
From here, select which customer you wish to view.
You can also edit your customer’s details if they have misspelled their address or any other contact details you have required from them. Once complete, click the Save button to confirm your changes.
Bought after October 2015
From your store’s management dashboard, click on My Sales, and then Customers from the drop down menu.
Tick the checkbox next to the customer’s name you’d like to edit, and click the Modify button.
Type the new details directly into the fields. When you’re done, click Save.
If you’d like to change details such as addresses or order details, click on My Sales, and then Edit Orders from the drop down that appears.
Click on an order, and then click the Edit button next to the information you’d like to change.
Fill in the fields with the new details and click Save changes when you’re done.
