Integrating your Online Shop package with Facebook

This article will show you how to integrate your Online Shop package with Facebook. Please choose the relevant steps for your package and follow below:

Bought before October 2015

Step 1 of 6

Start by logging in to your Online Shop package.

From there, click Marketing.


Step 3 of 6

Click Social Web, and then select the Facebook option.

Step 4 of 6

Once loaded, click on the Shop in Facebook tab.

Tip: Use the first link, Create new Facebook page, if you currently do not have one set up for your shop.


Step 5 of 6

When you have a Facebook page, click on the ePages shop integration link which will lead you to Facebook so you can install the Shop app.

Step 6 of 6

Once you have followed the steps to install the Shop app, you’ll need to copy the page ID. This is located here, at the end of your Facebook page URL. Then paste it here into your eCommerce package.

And that’s it! The products you place on your shop homepage will now appear on your Facebook page.

From your store management panel, click Sell on Facebook, under Sales Channels.

You will need to have a Facebook page, which you can now connect by clicking the Connect Facebook Page button.

You’ll then be prompted to log in with the details of you Facebook account.
