Resend the download link for a digital product

If a customer can't find their download link for a digital product they bought, you can resend it to them through email. This is helpful when customers accidentally delete their confirmation email or the original link has expired.

1. Go to your 123 Reg product page.
2. Scroll down, expand Website Builder and select Manage next to your site.
3. On your dashboard, go to Store, and then Orders.
4. Select the order for which you want to send a link.
5. Under Files, select Resend Links.
6. To confirm, select OK. The link will be emailed to the email address associated with the customer who placed the order.
