My SSL certificate does not appear to be working with mobile devices

Mobile devices (including Windows Mobile powered) and the micro browsers that are installed on them support our SSL certificates as long as the server side installation is correct.

The usual reason for lack of mobile support is the non-installation of the intermediate certificate, which is critical to completing the chain of trust. If this is installed on the server and the system is restarted/rebooted, then mobile devices will connect without error.
