This article will explain how you can set up an additional FTP account for your hosting package. Please note that this functionality is only available for Professional level packages.

Under the Files section of your hosting control panel, click on the Additional FTP Accounts button.

In the Add a New FTP Account section, enter your desired username into the Username field and specify your directory. Then, click the Create button.

Your new FTP Account will be created, with a randomly generated password associated to it. If you wish to generate a new password, the Edit section of this article will show you how to Modify your FTP accounts.

This article will explain how you can edit a FTP account for your hosting package. You can edit the directory of your account and generate a new password for the account.

Under the Files section of your hosting control panel, click on the Additional FTP Accounts button.

In the Modify a FTP Account section, you can modify the directory the account uses by entering the desired directory into the Subdirectory field.

To randomly generate a new password for the FTP account, click on the Generate new link and the password will be generated.
