How do I change the domain name for my Online Store?
This article applies to 123 Reg Online Stores
This article will explain how to change the address of your Online Store. This will allow you to change the domain name of your shop; so instead of having your shop on a subdomain, such as shop.123-reg-shop.co.uk, you can direct your customers simply to www.123-reg-shop.co.uk.
Since this process differs depending on which version of Online Store you have, please select your version from the list below and follow the instructions provided to get started:

Start by logging in to your Online Store.
From there, select Change opposite your domain name within the browser bar.
A pop-up window will now appear, asking you which domain you want to use. Select the relevant option from the provided list and click Continue.
If you chose On a domain I already own, you’ll need to enter your domain name into the provided field.
If you chose Get a new domain, you’ll need to register a new domain within the provided field. Once you’ve done this, click Continue.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Start by logging in to your legacy Control Panel. For details on how to do this, please read the following article: How do I access and manage my products?
From there, select Online Shop within the ‘Manage active products’ section. Next, select Manage opposite Manage websites.
You will now be taken to a new page where you’ll see your purchased packages.
From here, click Options for the site you wish to amend and then choose Billing from the drop-down menu that appears.
You will then see the summary page for your Online Shop package. At the top of the page will be a Domain field. Click on the Change button.
You will now be able to choose the new domain you wish to use by entering it into the text box or by selecting it from the drop-down menu that appears. Click Confirm to save your changes.
