How do I duplicate a page in WordPress?

This article will show you how to duplicate a webpage in WordPress.

If you’ve got a stunning design/layout for a page that you’d like to use as the basis for another one, you can make a copy so that you don’t have to start entirely from scratch.

Simply choose one of the following methods to see how to duplicate posts in WordPress:

Without a plugin

If you’d rather not install a new plugin, the following steps will show you how to copy and paste a WordPress page:

Start by accessing your WordPress dashboard.

From there, hover your cursor over Pages in the left-hand menu and then click All Pages from the provided options.

Select the page you wish to copy from the provided list.

You will now be taken to the Edit section for your page. From here, click the 3 dots in the top-right corner and then select Copy all content from the provided list.

Next, return to the Pages section and create a new page by selecting Add New.

On your new page, select one of the provided content boxes and then press CTRL and V on your keyboard. This will paste all your copied content onto your new page, ready for you to edit.

 

With a plugin
