Digital Services Act contact points

123 Reg has designated dsainquiries@secureserver.net as its single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act ("DSA"). This contact point enables direct electronic communications:

• with Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, in accordance with Article 11 DSA; and

• with recipients of 123 Reg's intermediary services, in accordance with Article 12 DSA.

Communications may be made in English or German.

Average monthly active recipients

For the purposes of the EU Digital Services Act ("DSA"), we have calculated an estimated number of average monthly active recipients in Europe of our domain platform. This platform supports the search and display of available domain names across multiple websites, including this website.

The estimated number of average monthly active recipients, calculated as an average over the six-month period ending on July 31, 2026 is approximately 1,640,000. This figure represents an aggregate across relevant websites and affiliated brands operating on our underlying domain platform that may qualify as online platforms under the DSA.

This figure is an estimate derived using a consistent methodology based on the most recent validated data and adjusted, where appropriate, to reflect observed stability and minor changes in usage over time. In certain instances, due to the way our systems operate and track such information, we rely on reasonable assumptions, estimates, and rounding. The available data may include users from European countries beyond the European Union. As with any estimate of this nature, the figure is subject to reasonable methodological assumptions and technical and legal limitations affecting the collection and analysis of the underlying data.
