SiteFusion allows you to build a website without requiring any technical knowledge at all. You simply log in online, choose a template for your site, define the structure of the pages - then add text, images and other elements.
SiteFusion is different to other website builder tools because it gives you complete control over your site. You can customise it as little or as much as you like. The included templates give you lots of flexibility to move elements around at will using the simple drag and drop interface.
You can import images and embed videos, Twitter updates and feeds from other websites into your pages.
If you're a web designer or developer, you'll appreciate the advanced options available with the Designer package. The groundbreaking PSD slicing option will automatically generate standards compliant HTML-CSS from a layered PSD file that you upload.

SiteFusion Personal is designed for people who don't want to get involved in the technical aspects of running a website. It includes straightforward tools to customise your site, while taking care of the technical side of things - including the website code - for you.
The SiteFusion Web Designer package also includes tools for designers and developers. The PSD slicing function automatically generates standards compliant HTML-CSS when you upload a layered PSD file. It puts an end to manually slicing and coding PSD files. You'll also get direct access to the code behind your site, so you can tweak every aspect of it
To help build your site, Google Checkout Widgets mean you can add ecommerce features with minimum fuss.
Do I need technical knowledge to use SiteFusion?
No. SiteFusion is easy-to-use, so you can build a website without needing any technical knowledge.
How does the SiteFusion trial work?
The SiteFusion trial gives you full access to all the features of SiteFusion. You get 14 days to try everything out, and you don't even need to hand over your credit card details.
The only restriction during the trial is that you can't publish your website on the web. You can preview it and see exactly how it'll look, but in order to actually make your site publicly available online, you need to buy one of the full packages.
How long does it take to set up SiteFusion?
You can usually start using your SiteFusion package a minute or two after your purchase. Occasionally it takes a bit longer to set everything up.
It might take a couple of days for your domain name to point towards your SiteFusion website.
How do I get help using SiteFusion?
If you need help, the first thing to do is to head on over to our support site. We've published loads of information about SiteFusion there - and the chances are we've already answered your question.

Can you help me move my website across from another provider?
We do not offer any transfer service to help move your website across from another provider. SiteFusion is really designed to make it easy to build websites from scratch - so if you already have a site elsewhere, you'll probably need to copy and paste the content in to a SiteFusion template yourself.
Can I buy SiteFusion without a domain name?
You need to use a domain name with SiteFusion so people can find your site on the internet. Both the Personal and Designer packages include a free one, so there's no need to worry about paying extra for this.
The 14-day SiteFusion trial cannot be used with one. This is because websites you create with the trial can't be accessed publicly on the internet. You need to upgrade to one of the full packages (with a domain name) in order to make your website available to anyone online.
What domain names can I get for free?
Every full package of SiteFusion includes a free domain name. We'll let you choose which one you want when you buy the service. You can have any domain name with one of the following extensions (as long as it's not already been registered by somebody else):

- .org.uk
- .me.uk
- .com
- .net
- .org
- .info
- .biz
- .mobi
This will remain free for as along as you keep using SiteFusion. If you cancel the service, we'll start charging you separately for the domain name, so remember to let it expire too, if you don't want it any more.
I already own a domain. Can I use it with SiteFusion?
Probably. If the domain name is registered through 123-reg and you're not already using it with one of our own services, you can add it to your SiteFusion package when you order.
If your domain is held with another company, you can probably transfer it over to us when you order. However, please check with your current provider, as some won't let you do this.
If you're planning to transfer in a domain to use with SiteFusion, you need to transfer it first. Make sure the transfer has completed before you buy SiteFusion.
What's the data limit and what happens if I exceed it?
The data limits available with our SiteFusion packages are generous. However, if you do exceed the bandwidth limit in any given month, access to your site could be suspended. Please check our acceptable use policy for more information
How does the PSD slicing tool work?
The PSD slicing tool is only available with SiteFusion Web Designer. It's a tool that's been designed specifically for web designers and developers to use.
It automatically generates standards-compliant HTML-CSS when you upload a layered Photoshop PSD file. It saves you heaps of time, because there's no need to code up the HTML for a page manually.
Which web browsers does SiteFusion work with?
Websites created with SiteFusion will display properly in all modern web browsers. However, the SiteFusion site editor works best with the latest versions of Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. We don't recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Is there a minimum contract for SiteFusion?
The minimum contract for SiteFusion is 12 months. If you pay for your SiteFusion package annually, you'll receive one month completely FREE of charge! You can still choose to pay on a monthly basis if you prefer.
Can I upgrade my SiteFusion package?
Sure. If you're using the Personal version of the software and want to take advantage of the extra features available in the Web Designer package, you can upgrade whenever you want. Just log in to your 123-reg control panel and choose the upgrade option.
We'll calculate the new cost of your package and adjust the charges accordingly.
