Essentials and Premium customers will get 1 email address associated with 1 mailbox. Business and Premium users will get 1 licence allowing you to install Microsoft Office applications on up to 5 PCs or Macs.

  • How long does it take to set up Office 365?

    If you already own the Domain Name you wish to use, setup is usually instant. However, if you are using a new Domain Name it will take longer as the domain will need time to register and update. Our team are here to guide you through the setup process and make it as smooth and painless as possible. You will be up and running in no-time!

  • What devices can I use Office 365 on?

    With the Business and Premium packages, you can download and install all of your Office apps onto 5 Macs or PCs, enabling you to work online or offline from your computer. These apps will be kept up-to-date with all the latest tools and features.

    Office 365 also includes a range of mobile apps designed specifically to ensure that you can work just as well on your iPhone or Android device as you can on your computer in the office. The Office mobile apps have been built from the ground up to deliver all of the tools and features you’re used to, on a touch-screen interface, and can be installed on up to 5 devices.

    Mobile Office Apps are only available with an Office 365 Business or Premium package.

    Online Office Apps are browser versions of your favourite Office applications that can be used to open and edit your documents wherever you are connected to the internet. They are available with the Essentials, Business and Premium packages.

  • Do I need to buy Office for every single user in my company?

    When purchasing with 123 Reg, each package can be installed on 5 different PCs or Macs so 5 users can effectively use the software at once. If you require more users, multiple packages will need to be ordered.

  • How many documents can I store in 1TB?

    A Terabyte (TB) could hold approximately 3.6 million 300 Kilobyte images, 300 hours of video, 150 hours of HD video and 2,000 hours of CD quality recording. It has been estimated that a Terabyte could store 85,899,345 pages of Word documents, if that were possible to have a document that big. In essence you have all the space a thriving business could need.

  • Can I buy Office without a domain name?

    Yes you can, a domain name is only required if you wish to personalise your email accounts using the domain name. If you purchase an Office package without email included or opt to use the default provided email account a domain name will not be required.

  • I already own a domain. Can I use it with Office?

    If the Domain Name is already registered through 123 Reg you can add it to your package when you order. If you own a domain with another provider, but want to use it with office 365, then you must transfer it into your 123 Reg Control Panel before you buy your package.

  • Is there a minimum contract?

    The minimum contract for Office 365 is 1 month, you can however pay monthly or annually for your package.

  • Can I upgrade my plan?

    Sure. If you’re using the Essentials plan and want to take advantage of the extra features available in the Premium package, you can upgrade whenever you want. Just log in to your 123 Reg control panel and choose the upgrade option. We’ll calculate the new cost of your package and adjust the charges accordingly.
