Important update for 123-reg Customers

This is an important message for 123-reg customers. I would like to make all customers aware of an important change to the usual 123-reg support service in June 2015.

On Monday 22nd June, 123-reg will be closed for all support related calls, live chat and support ticket services due to a number of staff training sessions happening on this day. These sessions have been designed to improve the service that we offer you. Customers may also experience delayed response times on outstanding 123-reg ticket supports on this day.

Additionally, on Tuesday 23rd June, 123-reg live chat and ticket support will be offline. Our support telephone line will be open. Full support and associated services will return to normal on Wednesday 24th June.

Training and development is crucial to the development of 123-reg and will help us to continue providing a first class support service. Our support NPS has increased 21% year on year which is testament to these types of training sessions.

A full update will be added to the 123-reg status page closer to the time.

Thank you for you continued support.
